The Shootout At Lokhandwala is a 2007 Hindi action thriller film. The movie is set and shot in Mumbai, mostly after the 1993 bombings at the city. The movie portrays the underworld dons Dawood Ibrahim and Chotta Rajan as arch-rivals. Synopsis: What would you do if you were witness to a shootout between two of India's most- wanted guys? When police inspector Subhash Mohite (Anil Kapoor) encounters this situation, he knows he can't let his new wife know about it - for she cannot be told that her husband is not only on duty but also on the wrong side of law. Soon enough, the inspector is on the run from Dawood Ibrahim's gang and his own government. And he has to fight a lonely battle to evade Dawood's death squad.The film received mixed reviews from critics and was an average grosser at the box office. Nikhat Kazmi of Times of India gave a negative review but appreciated the work of some actors like Anil Kapoor and Nana Patekar.
